In May 2009, filmmaker Roger Ingraham had a long conversation with Non-Dual teacher Greg Goode. He ended up making it into a set of 10 videos which are available on You Tube or on Greg’s website (see below for web links). The final result is like a long interview, but divided into smaller parts.
In this great video, Greg discusses how the Direct Path is largely contemplative, but how realization can also be attained by working with the body or through opening the heart in devotion.
