Why SOUND? [Video]
At Non-Duality America we’re very passionate about creating “sound” as well as helping people share their sounds. Check out this unique video [from the fine folks over @ Soundcloud] about sound and hear from a few sound experts and friends of the Cloud.
nicely done… an enjoyable experience of sound… i like the description of sound as “a rich stew of information”.
i’m often aware (annoyingly; painfully, sometimes) of too much information,
i.e. sound pollution.
i would like to see more awareness of and appreciation for our precious sense of ‘hearing’ and ‘healthy decibels’ of sound. we become ‘deaf’ (literally eventually) to ALL the sound (noise) we are exposed to.
i use this app from iTunes sometimes – mainly because its so cool and the info sometimes blows my mind! Decible Meter Pro for iphone and ipad. (Steve Jobs = Rest In Peace)
