    What spiritual path?
Either you are on a “man made” one, or you are on the path God set before you. By God, I am referring to Jesus, the Father, and Holy Spirit. Any other reference to “a god” is the worship of an idol, such as the golden calf. An individual can have a unique path in relation to their own prayer and thoughts with God, but any thing else is just human make believe.

    • Hi Peter,

The definition of “spiritual” and “path” can mean many things to different people.

*I mostly liked the photo, the words came simply from a caption standpoint.

Thank you for reading NDA and sharing your personal viewpoint(s).

After many years I had finally gained enough courage and wisdom to shuck organized religion. I couldn’t get my mind around how much closer I became to God by doing so. In rejecting the oppression of categorization, hypocrisy, rules, regulations, specifications, class, creed, race, gender-bias, and fear-mongering that is organized religion, I became free to worship Great Spirit fully with my own spirit. My journey to gain wisdom and spiritual truth results not only in the acquisition of those, but also more love and compassion and a true conscience. I don’t know what path that would go into, but I’m gonna keep traveling it. :)

I certainly can see your point regarding organized religion. Many have the same viewpoint. But, I assume you have a drivers license? The process of getting one, paying for one, maintaining one through provincial governments is very controlled. Even getting an emission test every two years is more money from our pockets. But, due to that high level of bureaucracy, most do not decide to walk away from driving.

Organized religion can be seen as you described above, or you can put that aside and go to Church for your self, for pleasure, and spiritual growth. It is all about people’s perspective, observation, and paradigm. One person can see an event as negative and another positive. In the end, there is only ONE truth. That truth won’t change based on what you alone think.

the only path I’m on is the one I create moment by moment as I dance this wild dance called life…never knowing where it’s going, only knowing that it is flowing and whether or not I like it I too am flowing with it, so laughing, giggling, crying, flying, skipping and jumping at it all. None of us know where it goes but going with a happy heart sure makes for a better ride.
whatever ride you are on… hope you are enjoying it
